The Pan Africanist Empowerment Crusade Humanitarian Organization is duly registered and notarized in the Republic of Liberia for the purpose of operating as a Non-For-Profit corporation, in pursuant to the Liberian Code of Law revised volume II Title five (5) Association Law.

The PAECHO is a Pan Africanist Non-Governmental Organization fostering humanitarian programs for the continent of Africa. Africa must be self-reliant and unified in addressing her humanitarian challenges in the African certain. PAECHO was established on 10th November 2025 and notarized 10 December 2025.

The focused objective for 2026 amongst many, is to fight against drugs/substance addiction thus resulting in serious mental health challenges affecting the youths, adults, females and males growing generation in Liberia and the Mano River Basin. Kush is a drug shattering young lives in Liberia and killing this vibrant generation in the Mano River Basin.

PAECHO seeks to collaborate with existing local rehabilitation institutions in combating the pandemic that is destroying a very young growing future generation at the same time destroying brains that ought to be useful to communities.

PAECHO have identified Bonafide rehabilitation institutions in Liberian [both in the urban and rural areas] to partnership with, and to provide a holistic approach to addiction and mental health treatment through inpatient and outpatient care, individual and group counseling, therapy, psychiatric evaluation and management, and comprehensive post-discharge support including Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA), and sober living programs. The objective is to create a sustainable, culturally sensitive, and medically sound institution that addresses the growing mental health and addiction crisis in Liberia.
